THERE’S NO BETTER PLATFORM TO TARGET YOUTH AUDIENCES
ERIC is where 16-25 year-olds discover careers.
We help companies authentically connect and communicate with the next generation.
Whether you're promoting internships, apprenticeships, skills bootcamps, junior roles, events, or competitions, ERIC helps you target the right young people in the right way.

YOU’RE INVITED TO ERIC’S BREAKFAST CLUB ☕️ 🥐
A monthly, relaxed, roundtable-style meetup for talent teams in the creative sector.
With the industry facing many challenges in engaging the next generation, we bring a small group together over coffee, croissants, and conversation.
Each session is intimate and focused on one key topic, giving you space to share ideas, swap experiences, and connect with peers.
Topics we’ve discussed included how to better engage young males, how we can better support neurodivergent candidates and how to make your applications focus on quality, not quantity.
Register your interest here and we’ll let you know about future clubs.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
WHY DID THESE BESTIES CREATE ERIC?
ERIC was born from Mae and Sam's shared struggle to break into their dream careers. Best friends turned business partners, they decided enough was enough and created ERIC to make sure young people wouldn't face the same career barriers and to help industries better connect with the next generation.
